Incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay processing or may not be reviewed.

3. DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled due to a mistake, misidentification, or lawful use, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the removed or disabled material and its original location

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to an error or misidentification

• Your full name, mailing address, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable U.S. Federal District Court

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Guyclothing may forward it to the original claimant. Unless the claimant initiates legal action, the content may be restored in accordance with DMCA requirements.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Guyclothing maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. Users found to be repeatedly violating intellectual property rights may have their access to the website or related services restricted or terminated, as permitted by applicable law.
